Data concerned
When preparing an enquiry, you may enter your name, company, phone number, email address, topic and message. The form neither sends nor stores this data on the website server: it prepares a message that you may then choose to send through WhatsApp.
Purposes and legal basis
Information you actually send is used to answer your enquiry, understand the need and arrange a possible professional conversation. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your pre-contractual request or on the legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.
Recipients and third-party services
Information is available to the people responsible for handling the enquiry. If you choose WhatsApp or Instagram, the communication also passes through Meta’s services, under its policies and infrastructure. No disclosure to a commercial partner is intended unless needed for your request or required by law.
Retention
Messages are retained only for as long as needed to follow up the enquiry, manage the professional relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may in particular request access or correction and object to processing on legitimate grounds. You can exercise these rights via +212 614 20 40 55 or by email at contact@clearframe-advisory.com. You may also seek information from Morocco’s CNDP.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorised access, loss or alteration. As no system can guarantee absolute security, please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for the initial enquiry.
Cookies and audience measurement
In its current version, the website code sets no analytics or advertising cookies, embeds no marketing pixel and does not save form entries in browser local storage. No consent banner is therefore displayed. The hosting infrastructure may nevertheless process technical logs needed for security and service delivery.
